Ubiquity International is happy to work with you on your travel needs. For our services, the following fees are collected:

$75 for up to one hour of consultation. Subsequent consultation is charged at $55 per hour. These fees are waived or applied to the booking if a booking is made.

7% booking fee is charged for all transactions except Travel Insurance.

The consultation fee and two hours of the services fee must be paid as a retainer. After we receive your booking form, we determine if we are able to assist you effectively. If so, we then send you an invoice for these fees. They must be paid before we will proceed with your booking request.

Agency fees are non-refundable, regardless of your decision to purchase any travel items, the availability of any travel items or your satisfaction with any travel items. Please be certain that you wish to proceed with our services. We work closely with you to determine what you need so that we can quickly and effectively serve you. We do not charge the above fees for the following:

our established or specially designed tours, pilgrimages and
    cultural study abroad programs (tours and pilgrimages we
    sell as agents do carry the fee);

services incident to them (such as airfare when airfare is not
     included;but not extended hotel stays or domestic travel);

ISIC, IYTC, and ITIC purchases;

ISIC premium insurance upgrade;
