Ordinary payment, refund and cancellation

Unless otherwise indicated the details of an individual tour or pilgrimage

• you must pay a non-refundable $500 deposit (and non-refundable insurance premium) with registration
• full payment is due 90 days before departure
• if you cancel before 90 days before departure and have made payments or paid in full, you will receive payments minus $700
• if you cancel after after 90 days before departure, there is no refund
• if you book 90 days before departure, the full amount is due with booking and is non-refundable
• if you book after 90 days before departure, you must also include a $150 non-refundable late registration fee.

See each itinerary to confirm any variations from the above. as indicated on each trip itinerary. Payment may be made by cash (accepted in person only), check or credit card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, or Discover). Please be aware that space on a trip is not assured until funds have been properly transferred.

Make checks payable to Ubiquity International. If a check is returned by the bank, a returned check fee will be assessed in the amount of $45.00.

To use a credit card for payment, please indicate on the registration form, use online booking or complete the Credit Card Payment Authorization form (in Adobe Acrobat format). Note that you may combine payment types. If a credit card is not approved, UI will notify you and ask for alternative payment.

Refunds for credit card purchases are made to the credit card. Cash or check refunds are made by check; please allow 30 days to process these refunds.

Participants may withdraw from the UI program at any time, but must do so in writing.

If you have agreed to make payments and fail to do so, an 8% finance charge will be applied monthly on the total amount owed. If you decide not to participate, you must specifcally cancel. You may do so by writing or by email. The postmark date of a letter or the date on the email will be considered the date of withdrawal or cancelation. Allow a minimum of 30 days for processing.
