(All Ages)
Ubiquity International is pleased to offer this wonderful opportunity to experience spiritual and faith renewal in a history-rich setting.
We have joined with the Catholic Family Movement in presenting this Pilgrimage tour to the 20th Annual Youth Festival in Međugorje Bosnia-Herzegovina. Everyone is welcome to take part: families, young adults, the young at heart and people of all faiths. Even though the festival is called the International Youth Festival, it is a call to peopl of all ages! Visit the SF Catholic to view a video testimony of this extraordinary opportunity.

In 1981 six young people claimed to experience the appearance of the Blessed Virgin Mary. Today, 27 years later, pilgrims from around the world and from different faiths converge to experience the warmth, love and peace of this tiny village. The village of Međugorje offers a place of refuge; stories abound of personal change, peaceful resolutions, and spiritual calm.
Thousands of years of history recalling the Illyrians, the Greeks, Romans, Macedonians and Turks surround Medugorje. As a pilgrimage this tour is a complement to Ubiquity International's offerings that explore the language, art, history and culture of our world. Thomas Talboy and a priest (one of our previous priests is Fr. Bruno Segatta) will lead pilgrims through this mesmerizing region.
As with all Ubiquity International Tours, you can earn Academic Credit.
The experience of the pilgrimage tour includes many opportunities for prayer and reflection including Holy Mass, Sacrament of Penance and Adoration of the Blessed Sacrament. Special visits with Fr. Jozo Zovko, OFM (the parish priest at St. James when the visionaries first experienced the apparitions) and the visionaries (Ivanka, Ivan, Jakov, Marija, Mirjana, Vicka)* round out the pilgrimage.
Contact us to learn more about other pilgrimages or to extend this pilgrimage to other sites, including the Seven Pilgrimage Churces of Rome, Assisi, Lourdes and more.
