UI reserves the right to remove or otherwise discipline participants. Any violation of the Rules and Regulations may result in discilinary action. Such action, the type and severity, and the implementation of the same are at sole discretion of UI functioning via its chaperones, agents or other authorized persons. Disciplinary action may range from a warning to the cancellation of participation in the program and immediate return home at the participant's expense.

Cancellation and dismissal from the trip is done at the participant's own expense. Cancellation caused by a violation of the Rules and Regulations is without recourse to refund, consistent with the Release of Liability below, from UI and is not covered by travel insurance. No refund for any part of a trip missed because of a violation will be refunded. UI will maintain a record of disciplinary action, and such action may prevent a participant for taking part in other UI trips.
