Information about our tours is below. If you have further questions, please call 1.866.984.8687 (1 86 MY UI TOUR). We'll be glad to help.

Ubiquity International has adopted a categorization of tours to help you make decisions about which tour best fits your need.

You will find each tour designated as follows:
C-Chaperoned. These are tours primarily designed for minor students and Ubiquity International arranges for chaperones.
F-Family. These are tours primarily designed for adults and minors to travel together. Chaperones are not ordinarily provided.
A-Adults only. These are tours designed for adults to travel without minors.

For all tours, unless otherwise indicated, a deposit of $1000 per person is due with the application. Every tour has a Final Payment Due Date. The balance of the tour price is due by that date. Please be sure you have indicated if you wish to have single occupancy; these are limited and incur a single supplement, clearly indicated on tour materials.

Because Ubiquity International plans tours many months in advance, if you cancel before the Final Payment Due Date then you will receive a refund of $500. If you cancel after the Final Payment Due Date no refund will be made. (However, please note that all Ubiquity International tours include Basic Travel Insurance. For certain covered reasons you may be able to recover the price of the trip less any applicable premium or deductible.)

Click here: Cancellation and Refunds for full information on cancellations and refunds. Click here: Basic Travel Insurance for full information on the basic travel insurance provided by Ubiquity International.

Where airfare is not included, Ubiquity International is happy to assist you with flight arrangements.

Where airfare is not included, it is your responsibility to arrive at the destination for the start of the tour. Ubiquity International tours include transfers from the airport to the hotel.

Most tours require some ability to engage in strenuous activity such as walking long distance or climbing stairs and inclines. Please be aware of the nature of the tour and if you are unsure how much physical ability is required do ask. Also note that some tours are of greater strenuous activity than others.

Cultural Heritage

Every tour you take not only rewards you with a lifetime experience but also benefits the world. Ubiquity International is proud to donate to organizations that support and develop our world's cultures. Please visit our Ubiquity International Cultural Heritage Program page to learn more.
