As a Travel Sponsor in Entirety you agree to pay all costs as published (or as arranged for specials) for a tour, pilgrimage or cultural study abroad program, including, if chosen by the sponsored and available, opt-out travel insurance. Your sponsorship can be specific or general.

As a Travel Sponsor in Part you agree to pay a designated amount of the tour, pilgrimage or cultural study abroad program, or the insurance premium of opt-out travel insurance for the sponsored. Your sponsorship can be specific or general.

arrow Sponsor Travel Insurance
Travel Insurance is one of the most over-looked parts of planning for travel and abroad experiences. Like any other insurance, travel insurance protects not only a person and provides peace of mind, but it also protects an investment. Once the final payment due date of a tour, pilgrimage or cultural study abroad program has passed, the amount you have paid for a sponsored is non-refundable. Protect the sponsored and your investment by sponsoring travel insurance.

If you already know the program you can purchase travel insurance immediately. If the sponsored will designate or choose a program later, please use the Travel Sponsor form. Please read Travel Insurance Information.

Please read about the Ubiquity International Cultural Heritage program. Ubiquity International believes in being responsible to the many deserving individuals and organizations who make the experience of world cultural rewarding. Through our program, we donate to these individuals or organizations. As a Cultural Heritage Travel Sponsor, you can designate a deserving individual or organization and help extend a 'thank you.'

When you sponsor the Cultural Heritage Program, we will contribute to your indicated cause in your name as Travel Sponsor for Ubiquity International.

arrow Travel Sponsor: Ubiquity International Glenn and Mary Talboy Student Travelships

The ability to pay to travel should not be an obstacle to any student, of any age, in becoming a part of the world cultural family.

The Ubiquity International Glenn and Mary Talboy Student Travel Fund is designed to make travelships available to deserving students. A student for this purpose is anyone who can meet the criteria required by the fund. There is no age limit.

The Fund is currently in development. Please contact us to discuss possibilities for the Fund.
   
arrow General Information

All other information on our pages concerning any tour, pilgrimage, cultural study abroad program or travel insurance is relevant to a Travel Sponsor, unless otherwise indicated. Please note the following:

  • You must pay the full amount of your sponsorship when you choose to serve as a Travel Sponsor.
    • You may make payments, however, the following apply:
      • Financing is 12%, applicable regardless of payment type
      • If you wish to make payments using your credit card a 3% service fee will be applied to each transaction
  • The non-refundable dates apply to your sponsorship. We highly recommend that you include travel insurance with trip cancellation options should the sponsored become unable to travel. Note that such coverage does not include a change of mind or heart.
  • You will receive a full refund if Ubiquity International cancels a tour, pilgrimage, cultural study abroad program.
  • Travel Insurance premium is always non-refundable.
  • Travel Insurance premium paid as a Sponsor in Part must be the full amount of the premium.
  • A specific sponsorship means that you specify the tour, pilgrimage or cultural study abroad program and the sponsored. A general sponsorship means that you only identify the sponsored then designates the tour, pilgrimage or cultural study aboard program.
